15/6/2020 2 Comments Walk Two moons epilogue part threeHi! I hope you enjoy part three! If you do please comment!!!!! :D Part Three In the morning I found myself crying. I had a dream… NO a nightmare. I dreamed about my mother. We were standing together in front of old faithful, in the background I could see Gram and Gramps along with my father… and on his shoulder was a little girl. The little girl and I looked surprisingly alike. I walked towards her and it seemed as if everything around me was frozen. Not her though. No one said anything when I gently stroked her cheek. I asked her what her name was. “ Tulip “, she replied in a cheerful tone. Suddenly her voice turned into my mother’s. She said, “ The baby, I want to hold the baby”. Then I heard my father’s voice, “ It’s not your fault, Sal “. I heard all the voices that had haunted me. They were coming back. Drowning me in sorrow and regret. Slowly, my mother’s image disappeared. Shattered! Then I saw a bus, and a hand. Red hair. I saw Mrs. Cadaver slowly walk to my mother’s grave. Then Gram’s image shattered this time to reveal the hospital where she died. I saw, this time, Gloria driving up to see Gramps. All the people near Old Faithful unfroze. My mother and Gram were there. A bus pulled up. My mother entered and looked back at me, then continued up. Gram then beckoned me to get into the car that we had driven to see my mother. Gramps was suddenly driving her away, and for some reason I could see where they were; the hospital. It was as if I were in the car’s moccasins. Then I woke up. My dream had something chilling about it. For a second I had forgotten where the name Tulip came from… my sister. For breakfast everybody fended for themselves. During the morning Phoebe and I just sat in my room and talked. We talked about Euclid and Bybanks. I asked how Mike was doing. Phoebe still seemed upset with him for changing her mother. In the afternoon I saw a blue car pull up… It was Ben. Best, Frida

I'm really enjoying the epilogue, even though I haven't read the novel itself. Keep it coming! wmt
