Part 4
After Ben came out of the car and came into the house, the afternoon was normal. I don’t know what I had expected, but everything just was simple. We ate lunch together, then went out and played in the fields. Later Ben told Phoebe and I why he was late. Well, He didn’t say exactly what had happened. He said his mother needed him. I understood what he meant, Phoebe on the other hand had never “ met “ his mother so she did not know everything. Then Phoebe did something that surprised me, she told Ben about her mother. To you it may not seem like a lot, but this subject caused Phoebe a lot of pain. I was one of the very few people who knew. After Phoebe had finished, Ben looked at her, not in aw and not in sympathy. He just nodded. He understood. Phoebe’s action had given me courage. She was able to tell Ben her mother’s story even though she hated it. Just out of understanding. She wasn’t searching for sympathy when she told him. Phoebe was hoping to show understanding. At that moment I decided to tell them my mother’s story. It just felt right. I told them everything; Tulip, My Mother’s death, my trip to her grave, Gram’s death... It made me feel better to know that we all had lost our mother’s. It wasn’t because I wanted them to suffer, it just made me feel more normal. They left that night. I went outside after dinner to visit a place I liked to visit. The grave I had built my mother. I liked to think that half of her spirit would be there, with me, and the other half at her real grave in Lewiston, Idaho. I was out there with a flashlight. My mother’s grave was a big slab of stone, on it I wrote :
Chanhassen Hiddle
Nothing else, except for the drawing of her spirit, that I had made. It was a maple leaf and above it was a tree. A singing tree. I also buried her hair, which I had kept, and all the postcards she had sent to me. I was on my way walking home, when I heard Gramps’ voice. I turned off my flashlight and let my eyes adjust to the darkness. I went closer to where I heard his voice. There was sitting next to Gram’s gravestone. I sat down in the shadow of a tree so he would not see me. Then he pulled out a flashlight and opened his notebook. I could see three tears fall down his face. I listened to him a good part of the night as he told Gram’s about Phoebe. He told her about her resemblance to Gloria. I was surprised my father did not come out to get me, but I was sure he knew I was here.

Here is a list of shows I really recommend. My favorites are at the top! Next to the names, are the streaming service it is located on and a link to the reviews on Common Sense Media! Enjoy!
- Carmen SanDiego - Located on Netflix this amazing TV show is packed with action. Hopefully a third season will arrive sometime in June! https://www.commonsensemedia.org/tv-reviews/carmen-sandiego
- The Clone Wars - This Star Wars TV show is available on Disney + and is an extension of the Star Wars prequels. It takes place inbetween Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith. It does contain though, as all Star Wars movies and TV shows do, a lot of violence since it takes place during a war. https://www.commonsensemedia.org/tv-reviews/star-wars-the-clone-wars
- The InBESTigators - This amusing show is located on Netflix. https://www.commonsensemedia.org/tv-reviews/the-inbestigators/user-reviews/adult
- Jeopardy! - Available on Netflix, this game show is filled with knowledgable, interesting people. https://www.commonsensemedia.org/tv-reviews/jeopardy
- Home Town - I choose Home Town to end with because it is a really touching show, of how two people restore their town still keeping its character. 24% of its episodes are available on Hulu but if you have cable watch it there. Unfortunately I was not able to find a Common Sense Media review so instead please look at its page on : www.hgtv.com/shows/home-town

Walk Two moons epilogue part three
Hi!
I hope you enjoy part three! If you do please comment!!!!! :D
Part Three
In the morning I found myself crying. I had a dream… NO a nightmare. I dreamed about my mother. We were standing together in front of old faithful, in the background I could see Gram and Gramps along with my father… and on his shoulder was a little girl. The little girl and I looked surprisingly alike. I walked towards her and it seemed as if everything around me was frozen. Not her though. No one said anything when I gently stroked her cheek. I asked her what her name was. “ Tulip “, she replied in a cheerful tone. Suddenly her voice turned into my mother’s. She said, “ The baby, I want to hold the baby”. Then I heard my father’s voice, “ It’s not your fault, Sal “. I heard all the voices that had haunted me. They were coming back. Drowning me in sorrow and regret. Slowly, my mother’s image disappeared. Shattered! Then I saw a bus, and a hand. Red hair. I saw Mrs. Cadaver slowly walk to my mother’s grave. Then Gram’s image shattered this time to reveal the hospital where she died. I saw, this time, Gloria driving up to see Gramps. All the people near Old Faithful unfroze. My mother and Gram were there. A bus pulled up. My mother entered and looked back at me, then continued up. Gram then beckoned me to get into the car that we had driven to see my mother. Gramps was suddenly driving her away, and for some reason I could see where they were; the hospital. It was as if I were in the car’s moccasins. Then I woke up. My dream had something chilling about it. For a second I had forgotten where the name Tulip came from… my sister. For breakfast everybody fended for themselves. During the morning Phoebe and I just sat in my room and talked. We talked about Euclid and Bybanks. I asked how Mike was doing. Phoebe still seemed upset with him for changing her mother. In the afternoon I saw a blue car pull up… It was Ben.
Best,
Frida

Walk two moons epilogue part two
Part Two
When I had finally calmed down, Phoebe said again “ Becca, of all the people, Becca. “ Turns out, Becca had left the state a few weeks before my arrival. Her parents forced her to attend an all girls boarding school. When I asked Phoebe why nobody ever talked about her, instead of responding she thought about it for a few seconds then changed the subject. I asked her where Ben was and she chewed her lip. I asked her what was wrong and of course being Phoebe she burst into tears and rambled on about kidnappers. I must have looked shocked because Mr. Birkway, at dinner, couldn't stop staring at me! When the phone rang in the middle of dinner, I went to pick it up. Although I was a room away I could still hear Gramps asking Phoebe millions of questions. Each response, he would quickly scribble down in a notepad. Phoebe seemed pleased with herself. When I picked up the phone, I heard Ben’s voice saying “ Hello? “. I suddenly felt a huge wave of relief. I knew that Phoebe had been overreacting about a kidnapper but when it was the only thing I knew, it was hard to ignore. Ben asked who it was and although I was excited to hear from him I replied and said it was Mr. Hiddle, in a gruff voice. He waited a bit and then said “ Sal, I only have a moment, I had an emergency but I am coming tomorrow afternoon. “ I waited for a moment until I heard that he had hung up. When I got back to the dinner table Gramps was talking about Gloria. Once I took my place and sat down, Phoebe asked me who had called and I said that Ben had. Phoebe looked at my face and left the subject alone. That night when we went to bed I stayed up to read the valentine Ben had sent me.

Walk Two Moons Epilogue
Hi!
Along with tips on what to do during quarantine I said I would be posting some of my writing projects!
The project I am posting is an Epilogue to Walk Two Moons, a book written by Sharon Creech.
I will be releasing each part daily! Enjoy!
Epilogue Part 1
When I woke up I could not wait for my friends’ arrival. My father and I had been preparing for weeks. It almost reminded me of when Prudence and Mr. Winterbottom had prepared for Mrs. Winterbottom. Cleaning up and then messing things up. Maybe if my mother would have decided to return, my father would have been like that. Perhaps even I would have been like that. After lunch Gramps came over to check on us. I think he wanted to see Phoebe. He was a bit disappointed when I told him she was coming later at night. Gramps stayed with us a while. The hours went by. We were so excited! I wonder how Phoebe was doing with Mr. Birkway. In a way I miss Euclid, Ohio more than I thought I would. I feel I have friends there, people who I can trust. Don’t get me wrong, I love Bybanks and it will always be my real home. On my way back from milking the cow, I heard a bird singing. I thought about my trip to the bus accident where my mother had died. I wonder if she had thought about me when the bus crashed. When I finally got back home, I saw my father talking to gramps. They seemed so alike now. Both had lost people they had loved. I wonder if they have a nest of sadness in their hair. An invisible nest perhaps, that only they could see. I have one. I have two nests. One for my mother, and one for Gram. When my friends had finally arrived, Phoebe lept out of the car like she had been suffocating. Then came Mr. Birkway. I understood why Phoebe was so desperate to leave. Mr. Birkway is the kind of teacher who had probably been lecturing throughout the trip. He gave me a quick hello and ran into the house. From the front of the car came Mrs. Cadaver and Mrs. Partridge. Mrs. Cadaver gave me a kind but awkward hug and started towards the house to greet my father. When Mrs. Partridge stumbled out of the car, she demanded to feel my face. She then inferred I had grown. I just wanted to push through everyone and see Ben. Where was he? Before I could ask or even stay just to make sure he wasn’t still in the car, Phoebe dragged me up to the room we were sharing. When we got there she immediately locked the door. There she told me that she had found out who Ben wrote about in his journal.

BOOK RECOMMENDATIONS
I don't know about you guys but there is nothing i love More than books! one of the things i miss the most is going to the library. I may not be able to go but since my house is full of books i put together a list of my favorite books!
- First is ( of course ) : PERCY JACKSON AND THE OLYMPIANS. It is so amazing I've read it more times then I can remember. There was a movie made, BUT it is absolutely nothing like the books. Since I love greek mythology so I adore this book! On June 26th a Percy Jackson Television series is coming out and Rick Riordan is going to be involved through out the project! I will write more about it soon.
- Second is Walk Two Moons : My class and I just finished reading this and I have to say that is was AMAZING. I recommend reading it with a parent or some friends because it is very emotional and hard to read sometimes.
- Then there is The Oz series. When I say L. Frank Baum or Oz you may think oh yeah Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz. It is way more than just that. There are so many books in this series like The Road to Oz and Dorothy and the Wizard in Oz. If you have only seen the movie for Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz try to read the book because they are very different.
- Some people might put Harry Poter here but I really do not like Harry Poter soooooo.
- The Odyssey : The Odyssey, for me, is a timeless classic! It is a really long book and took me a long time to read so if you feel you might be disinterested, read the graphic novel by Gareth Hinds.
- If you have a sibling and are fighting often, I recommend Sisters. It is an amazing graphic novel and expresses perfectly sistership. It is written by Raina Telgemeier and I recommend all of her other graphic novels.
Well, That's it!
